1. How do I register for Office 365?
- Click on the "Register" button at the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter your @student.purdueglobal.edu email address and click "Continue".
- Complete the form, set a password, and click "Register".
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation message and click the link to verify your account.
2. How do I renew my Office 365 subscription?
To renew your Office 365 eligibility and subscription, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the WebStore.
- Click the dropdown next to your username and select "Your Account/Orders".
- Navigate to the "Eligibility" tab and click "Renew Eligibility".
- Enter your @student.purdueglobal.edu email and click "Continue".
- Check your email for a confirmation link and click it.
- Sign out and then sign back in to place your new Office 365 order.
3. How do I find my Office 365 username or previous orders?
- Sign in and click the dropdown next to your username.
- Click on "Your Account/Orders" to view your username and order history.
4. How do I reset my Office 365 password?
If you need to reset your Office 365 password, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft password reset page.
- Enter your @student.purdueglobal.edu email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and reset your password.
